If you have a large site, or site operating in a competitive international space, this package is recommended. Malware removal or the recovery of hacked sites without this package on average costs $5000+.

  • All hosting agreements are annual agreements. Annual agreement starts once hosting has begun. Hosting is provided in partnership with Cloudways servers. Hosting terms are net 15. GriffinWink Advertising reserves theright to suspend service if payment is past due after 30 days.

    Forms

    Websites that have Wufoo forms included will be billed $60 per year.

    Renewal

    Agreements will renew automatically at the end of agreement unless expressed otherwise.

    Price Changes

    The price set forth above shall be revised annually, on or before the renewal date, to reflect any increase or decrease in web hosting pricing.

    Security

    Hosting agreement does not include any virus or malware removal. GriffinWink Advertising is not responsible or liable for viruses and malware outside of the security packages offered.

    Termination of Hosting Services Protocol

    To terminate hosting services, you must first notify GriffinWink at least 30 days before your annual hosting renews. If you notify GriffinWink within 30 days of your hosting renews, you must pay for at least an additional month of hosting, and you will be put onto a month to month billing plan until your web site is off of our servers.
    Upon notification of the decision to terminate hosting, GriffinWink will supply the client with both the files for their website and the website’s MySQL database within seven (7) days. If the client’s domain is housed within the GriffinWink Advertising GoDaddy account, the client must include with the account credentials for where the domain will be transferred to.
    Upon the successful transfer of the domain (when applicable), and the reception of the website and database files, the client can begin to set up their website on a new host. The client will continue to be billed on a month to month basis for however long it takes them to set up the website on a different host and repoint the DNS.
    The client must confirm through email that their website is set up on a different host for the hosting agreement to be formally terminated and for billing to cease. When this email confirmation is received, the web application will be permanently deleted from GriffinWink servers, and it will not be recoverable. If the client would like GriffinWink to assist in the web migration off of our servers and to the new host, a one time $500 fee will be billed.

    After Hours Website Help

    Any website assistance performed after hours (not between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday – Friday) will be $150 per hour unless included in a security package.
